From Heart To Art

Erin's artistic lineage dates back generations, tracing the family’s artistry from 19th-century English art teachers to her grandfather and many other relatives. Her passion for art began with drawing lessons from her grandfather, where she learned various techniques and also fostered a love for graphic design while working for his company, Young Sign Co., in her teen years.

Erin’s educational journey included studying design in London, Edinburgh, and Germany, contributing to her diverse cultural understanding. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a focus on Visual Communication Design from the University of Kansas. Throughout her professional journey, she has contributed her expertise to distinguished advertising agencies, the Department of Defense, specialized marketing firms, and held a global senior designer position within a $4 billion organization, a decade long contract as a senior designer for a $65 billion organization as well as art directing for many other prestigious companies. When Erin’s not art directing and illustrating, she enjoys exploring nature and wake surfing with her husband and three children, creating digital photo albums and researching family history by illustrating family trees—a testament to her perpetual creative spirit.

Lots of love,
Erin :)
