Surrounding the heart are KC’s most beloved landmarks: Arrowhead Stadium, Union Station, Plaza Towers, River Market sign, the Western Auto sign, Scout Monument, 18th & Vine, the Kingdom sign, The Kauffman Center, KC Wheel, World War I Memorial, Bond Bridge, Bartle Hall Pylons, Nelson-Atkins Shuttlecock, and more, standing as symbols of the city’s legacy.

At the core, KC is written prominently, inspired by the KC heart patch worn on Negro League uniforms and the now-iconic KC Heart shirts. A crown labeled Crown Town sits atop the heart because we know how to win, and how to celebrate. From Sporting KC’s and The Current's soccer victories to the Royals’ World Series championships, the Chiefs' Super Bowl wins, and the success of local college teams, this city is built on hard work, passion, and pride in our teams.

Fireworks and sprays of water from fountains explode around the heart: a tribute to Kansas City’s title as the “City of Fountains” and the energy of its celebrations. Whether it’s fireworks lighting up the sky after a Chiefs touchdown or fountains glowing all around town, Kansas City’s passion is always on display.
